What will your mission be?
Your main mission will be to support the HR leadership, working closely with business leaders across the globe. You will be responsible for understanding the business needs and offering HR solutions that drive the development, well-being, and engagement of our people, contributing to the company’s success.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Management
* Collaborate in performance evaluation processes, ensuring global talent is identified, developed, and retained according to Estrella Galicia’s values.
* Support the design and execution of professional development plans for key positions within the international context.
* Actively contribute to succession planning and strategic talent management initiatives, ensuring a bright future for our people.
Change Management and Organization
* Support organizational change projects that impact international business areas, always with the goal of continuous improvement.
* Conduct analysis on structural changes and propose solutions to optimize organizational effectiveness, always with a people-centered approach.
Budgeting and Management Indicators
* Provide support in the HR-related financial planning, contributing to efficient and responsible resource management that supports sustainable growth.
Payroll – Legal/Labor
* Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure efficient international management, complying with local and international regulations.
* Support the management of labor law incidents and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), ensuring protection for our teams across regions.
* Facilitate understanding of local and international regulations, ensuring our processes align with the highest standards.
International Recruitment and Evaluation
* Manage international recruitment processes, from talent attraction to evaluation, ensuring alignment with our values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
* Contribute to the development of strategies to attract specialized profiles with global projection, reinforcing our sustainability and responsibility vision.
International Training
* Support the management and implementation of training programs aligned with business goals and people development.
* Analyze training impact on organizational performance and propose improvements to ensure our people grow alongside the company.
Climate Surveys
* Support the design and implementation of climate surveys, promoting a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
* Analyze survey results and identify initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement across our international teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in international environments.
* Advanced English proficiency (C1) is a must; other languages are a plus.
* Demonstrated experience in comprehensive HR management with a strategic focus.
* Ability to interpret data and indicators to make informed decisions that support the company’s sustainable growth.
* Ability to work in multicultural and dynamic environments, bringing both human and professional value to each situation.
* Availability to work based in A Coruña.
* The desired qualifications for the position are a degree in Law/Psychology/Business Administration/Sociology, and having a Master's in HR or an MBA is a plus.
