Ecostars ESG AI is a B2B SaaS focused on ESG certification and management hub for the travel industry. The company was born in 2021 and is currently heading into its Series A round.
Ecostars is the leader in its sector in Spain and Europe, and #3 on a global scale, present in 50+ countries across Europe, Latin America, APAC, and MEA. A total of 2,000+ hotels have been certified with Ecostars, including large chains such as Meliá, Paradores, Catalonia, H10, Vincci, Abba, and Sercotel.
Ecostars is a high-growth startup with a strong product and experienced team, looking for a top hipergrowth CRO.
About the role
Ecostars is looking for a rockstar Senior Sales Executive to focus on the international expansion of our certificate and SaaS. Your target will be to onboard 2,000 new hotels in 2025, with similar growth targets expected in subsequent years.
For this task, you will rely mainly on CRM (Hubspot), in-house technology, a well-defined product, and transversal support teams. Previous experience in hyper-growth sales positions in B2B hotel tech startups/scaleups is a must.
Beyond enjoying your sales success, you will have the possibility to make an impact and work for one of the most promising startups in Spain. Your remuneration will also include an equity package.
Requirements
Applicants MUST meet all the following requirements:
1. 4-6 years of experience in successful sales positions (references will be requested)
2. Experience in B2B hotel/travel tech or ESG companies
3. CRM Mastery: Strong experience with Hubspot
4. Perfect English: Native or C2 level
5. Based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model)
Compensation and package
Salary compensation aligned with experience, plus up to 100% variable. Additionally, we can offer a small equity-based compensation.
