We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager/Lead to lead and manage a team of dynamic sales professionals responsible for increasing sales and utilization of Medical/Aesthetic products in the United States. This individual will ensure our Medical/Aesthetic Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers grow Fotona's market presence and actively foster customer relationships while demonstrating professionalism, strategic business acumen, and ethical sales practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented sales leader with solid leadership experience and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals to play a key role in representing a leader in the aesthetic laser market. High-level management experience within the Aesthetic Industry, Capital Equipment, and/or Medical Devices is required. This individual will gain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge laser technology while receiving competitive compensation and advancing their career aspirations.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers, helping them to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Dermatology and Plastic Surgery practices, medical aestheticians, and spas.
2. Mentor and coach sales representatives, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and success.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Fotona senior leadership, Regional Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers to develop and implement strategic sales plans and KPIs that meet and exceed targets.
4. Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
5. Client Relationship Management: Guide the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Assist in identifying decision-makers, facilitating meetings, and driving business conversations that align with client needs.
7. Market Expansion: Oversee and lead strategy in the identification of new business opportunities, development of KOLs, commercial strategies, and support of sales representatives in securing new clients.
8. Financing & Negotiation: Provide strategic support in navigating the equipment financing process, leveraging your industry expertise to develop financial solutions that drive sales while maintaining strong long-term client partnerships.
9. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with other members of Fotona senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and progress reports.
10. Act as the primary liaison between your team and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on national sales initiatives.
11. Sales Team Training & Support: Lead training sessions for your sales team, ensuring they are fully prepared for client onboarding and product education.
12. Equip the team with the tools needed to confidently market and sell Fotona products.
13. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data, set KPIs, and track individual and team performance.
14. Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
15. Have a regular cadence of one-on-one and lead aesthetic team meetings.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, capital equipment, or a related industry.
2. Demonstrated success in managing a regional sales team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
3. Strong business acumen and experience in strategic sales planning, territory management, and KPI setting.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and external clients.
5. Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ironclad integrity, leads by example by not ethically cutting corners, earning the trust of co-workers and team members, and putting the success of the team and the organization above self-interest.
7. Results-oriented with proven results in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish that align with company goals with tenacity and conveying a strong need to win.

Additional Requirements:
1. Ability to travel within the US (approximately 50%) for sales team support, customer relations, and attendance at national tradeshows, trainings, meetings, and other events.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
4. Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods frequently.
Education:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred though not required.
