The working territory is Galicia, and you will be expected to be located in Coruña or Vigo.
A Day in the Life
* Planning and execution of technical and education programs, prioritizing technical and education programs with review and input from the Sales Manager and other functional groups, i.e., marketing, consistent with the Country Business Plan.
* Acting as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team, providing technical support to the customers (becoming an expert in our portfolio of products).
* Providing technical support to the procedures, providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.
* Participating in the development of employee and customer training/education programs. Preparing study materials, planning, organizing, and conducting training to customers (physicians, technicians, nurses, and administration) in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training & Education department.
* Supporting Sales force during presentations to customers upon request as well as marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and inputting to sales and marketing brochures.
* Collaborating in the AOP consecution through the technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customers.
* Reporting all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.
* Reporting accurately all product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc.) and customer complaints following the compliance requirements.
* Carrying out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner (i.e., inventory reports, stock movement forms etc.). Providing minimum, but regular activity report to Sales Manager.
Must Haves
* University degree in Life Science or Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry including a hospital operation room environment is highly valued.
* Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
* Availability and willingness to travel.
* Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
* Skills to work independently on projects/duties as well as have a Spain-wide view.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Team oriented.
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
