Company Description: Avery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer.Job Description: We have a great sales opportunity in Spain for a talented sales professional who will join a dynamic and daring team.In this role, you will:Be responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts for Spain and Portugal.Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information on demand.Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.Participate in territory planning, customer planning, and territory reviews. Develop and present SWOT analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.Qualifications:Let's talk about you!You have at least between 1 and 3 years of successful sales experience in a B2B model.You are proficient in assessing customer needs.You possess strong negotiation skills/experience.You have good financial skills and business acumen.You possess the knowledge of conducting territory analysis and planning.The ability to work independently with little supervision is paramount.You are skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.You have a good understanding of how to prepare professional written proposals.You possess very good IT skills.You are open to travel around 50% of your time in Spain and Portugal.You speak and write Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluently.Additional Information:Why join us?
