Talent Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Murcia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies that drive business growth and success.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating with stakeholders to identify talent needs, designing effective recruitment processes, and managing employee training and development programs. You will work closely with our global HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Talent Attraction strategy: planning, attraction sources, selection criteria, partners.
* Comprehensive management of the selection processes: posting and tracking vacancies, contacting candidates, selection logistics, CV management, and digital filing.
* Development of metrics and monitoring of SLAs.
* Reporting for reports/obligations and audits.
* Support for expense approval and invoice signing.
* Internships: selection process/internship agreement signing.
* Onboarding: coordination and Talent Management for new hires, including follow-up to ensure their effective integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in international environments or multinational companies.
3. English B2/C1 (Advanced Level)
4. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management will be positively valued.
5. Proficiency in MS office and digital platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, OneNote, etc.).
6. Knowledge and experience related to the following will be highly valued:
7. Application of AI solutions to HR processes.
8. Human Capital Management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
