I am looking for a Product Owner with 3 years of experience enthusiastic about taking over responsibility for the Webshop Analytics teams.Your ResponsibilitiesShape the future of Real-Time Analytics use cases within the Webshop area, focusing on customer-facing conversion rate optimization scenarios such as natural scarcity.Work closely with various product teams and business stakeholders across Europe to identify new business opportunities, align on requirements, and manage dependencies.Serve as the champion within the domain and the company for utilizing real-time data to create meaningful customer value at scale.Play a key role in driving the data-driven approach for other Webshop products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an ambitious roadmap focused on delivery and translate that roadmap into well-defined user stories.Your ProfileAn analytical mindset with experience in analytics products (e.g., reporting and data visualization), preferably in eCommerce or app-focused settings, with the ability to handle complex data and turn it into actionable insights.At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner. Experience in an agile environment as a Product Owner (m/f/d) or in a similar role, familiar with SCRUM/Kanban, and tools like JIRA/Confluence.Basic knowledge of SQL and a solid understanding of ETL processes.A/B testing experience is a bonus, with a fundamental understanding of hypothesis testing.Experience working in a SCRUM team.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders.Fluent in English.Work Environment:Flexible work arrangements available (hybrid).We offer language classesOn your birthday, you won't work!
