Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
* Conduct Retail Penetration Analysis to ensure market coverage effectively penetrates the market.
* Manage Retail Co-Marketing Campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculations, and seasonal campaign implementation to achieve sales objectives.
* Oversee Field Force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Minimum Requirements:
* Spanish is a must; English is preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in the complete operation of Retail Management and relevant experience in the consumer electronics product industry.
* Proficient in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure budget optimization for every campaign.
* Independent in managing suppliers and negotiating with retailers.
* Possess logical thinking, management, coordination abilities, operational execution skills, learning ability, and stress resistance.
