✅ Your responsibilities, should you accept the challenge:
As a SDR, you are going to play a fundamental role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential customers for Addict Mobile. Your main duties will be:
* Prospecting Leads. Finding potential customers who may be interested in the Addict’s services. This may involve using online search tools, lead databases, and other sources to find relevant contacts. Initiating Contact. You are responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through emails, phone calls or other forms of communication. You should effectively communicate the Addict’s value proposition and generate interest in the service.
* Lead Qualification. One of your key tasks as a SDR is to determine if a lead meets the qualification criteria set by Addict Mobile.
* Scheduling Meetings. If a lead meets the qualification criteria, you should schedule a meeting or follow-up call with one of our sales managers to continue the sales process.
* Follow-up. Following up with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to make a decision. This involves maintaining regular communication to keep the lead engaged.
* Data Recording. It is essential for you to meticulously record all relevant lead data in our CRM system.
* Collaboration with Sales Team. You must work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are effectively transferred to the sales team for closing deals.
* Staying Informed. You should stay updated on the Addict’s services, as well as the performance mobile industry. This enables you to effectively respond to questions and objections during conversations with leads.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
* Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
* Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone, sending tones of emails and receive “no”s.
* Previous experience researching potential leads.
* Have experience working with Pipedrive or a similar CRM.
* You are rigorous and organized, capable of meeting objectives.
