We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive Specialty Paper sales across all of Europe. This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently, and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
* Customer Relationships: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
* Market Monitoring: Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management role within the paper industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling Specialty paper with a proven track record.
* Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
