Main responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s Real Estate market.
- Deal with the allocations of clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Organize and prepare agents for viewings and work together with international agents to ensure high level of product knowledge
- Setup performance goals and KPI for the team and track results, and activity along with the efficiency of the sales agents.
- Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually
- Manage all members of the team and mentor, train and coach agents to develop at the individual level and achieve positive results at all levels.
- Be a point of for the department keeping maximum levels of customer service and successfully representing the brand.
- Assist agents with the sales process and get actively involved whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of sales process with creative sales and closing solutions.
- Be an active participant in the deal closure and offer management
- Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents and provide requirements and feedback for the efficiency of the recruitment process
Requirements
- Previous experience in the real estate sector will be a plus
* specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings and international clients.
- Previus experience managing a team.
- In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts, and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
- Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.
- Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team.
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
- Outstanding levels of customer service are preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.
