Responsibilities & Duties (80%)
1. Create product specification plans and documentation based on the requests as provided by the customer or Sales team.
2. Provide internal and external technical support to customers to clarify specification issues and support the successful project completion.
3. Develop project solutions according to the standard framework, ensuring quality, efficiency, and appropriate timescale of the project in coordination with the Sales Engineers.
4. Create and ensure appropriate project documentation and information management in the relevant internal and external systems.
5. Supervise all customer orders with regards to technical fit to the project definition, as identified in the design phase of the projects, to avoid after sales issues.
6. Suggest, develop and maintain appropriate tools to improve the pre-sales support and documentation.
7. Coordinate and control outsourced design office resources, keep record of their work, and be first point of contact for invoice control.
8. Support the tracking and reporting of project conversion ratios.
Qualification & Experience
1. Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
3. Strong skills working with CAD tools and other relevant design software.
Knowledge & Skills
1. Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise.
2. Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques.
3. Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work under stress.

11. Ensure H&S breaches are reported.
