FX Support Leader - SCIB

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
SCIB-FX is looking for a FX SUPPORT LEADER based in our MADRID OR LONDON office. We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:
1. Management of a team of 20+ members (Support and DevOps profiles) on different geographies.
2. Incident management, monitoring, communication and resolution. Reporting to Senior Management / CIO Level.
3. Automate deploys / rollbacks in production and manage all platforms rollouts.
4. Handling pressure-filled situations involving millions of £ of trades while remaining cool and collected.
5. Monitoring all FX Platform and integrations.
6. Thinking on your feet to address issues ranging from missing trades to exchange connectivity problems to system outages.
7. Proactively preventing future problems by coming up with both tactical and strategic solutions.
8. Responsible for IT Platform Compliance and Audit. Definition, implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
9. Working closely with e-commerce teams, assisting traders and sales platforms problems.
EXPERIENCE
8+ years of experience in Trading Floor Support role for Investment Banking or Head of eFX Support.
Good experience and knowledge of markets with managing skills with production and support teams.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
1. Communication skills and positive mind in order to efficiently communicate with business stakeholders in the bank.
2. Proven experience supporting internal customers in FX business, as well as the relationship with 3rd parties - FXAll, 360T, Bloomberg, Broadway, Baxter, etc.
3. Strong technical networks and infrastructure knowledge, especially on low latency environments and Linux system.
4. Degree or higher grade in Mathematics, Computer, Industrial or telecommunication engineering, etc.
5. Full proficiency in English.
6. Fluent in Spanish.
