This role will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to create and optimize workflow processes. The Sr. automation engineer will identify potential process efficiencies across the organization by process mining, documenting, developing, and testing RPA solutions. Lastly the RPA team will be supporting the business and IT in removing repetitive manual tasks leveraging process automation solutions. This vacancy would be open for Europe, UK or India.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrates experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologiesCollaborate with business partners to understand requirements, workflow and process that will be documented and automatedDesign, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA platform (i.e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)Establishes the standards (as necessary) and ensures adherence for source code management, deployment, monitoring and reporting of all automation solutions.Accountable for the creation of technical and user guide documentation.Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.Accountable for producing technical design and process flow documentation and present to both technology and business stakeholders.Provides mentoring to junior level positions and can provide input into junior and peer performance evaluations. Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5-7 years of overall technology experience with 3-5 years of experience in any programming language i.e., C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
