Our client, a company in the automotive industrial sector that belongs to IBEX 35, is looking for an International Global Benefits Manager with deep knowledge and broad experience in benefits management. She/ he will be responsible for leading the benefit practice across the group, developing, implementing and managing a global benefits strategy and policies.Key Responsabilities:Review and analyse all the current the benefit programs, insurable and non-insurable, existing in the different countries where the company operates.Understand market trends and our local needs in terms of insurable and non-insurable benefits, in order to contribute decisively to attracting and retaining talent.Define and recommend the global benefits strategy and policies, which allow achieving an adequate level of standardization and harmonization in the whole Group.Coordinate and control the deployment and implementation of global strategies and policies throughout the organization.Lead the relationship with international brokers and/or benefit partners.Key Qualifications/ Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law or similar.Desirable HR MasterEnglish at a professional levelAt least 6 years relevant experience managing and leading the benefits practice in an international environment. Experience managing USA programs is desirable.Additional information:Job based in Madrid Headquarters
