About the Role:
As Senior Director of Enterprise Account Management, you will spearhead the strategy and execution for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention within a global, market-leading software company. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll manage complex software solutions sales across tax, trade, and legal domains. Candidates with experience in these domains are preferred (please see About You below).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute account management strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.
2. Customer Growth & Retention: Drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring exceptional retention rates and long-term customer relationships.
3. Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, championing customer needs and fostering a customer-first culture.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with solution consultants, marketing teams, and strategic partners to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that address customer challenges.
5. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, providing market feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
About You:
1. Languages: Fluency in English and either Spanish, French, or Dutch is essential.
2. Industry Experience: Tax, trade, or legal software sales is essential.
3. Account Retention: Experience managing a team that retains and grows accounts is essential.
4. Leadership Experience: At least 10 years in senior sales roles, managing and developing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
5. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in financial, tax, trade, or legal software solutions.
6. Global Acumen: Experience working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 1000 clients, navigating global markets.
7. Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship management skills, including influencing C-level stakeholders.
8. Results-Oriented: A history of exceeding sales goals and driving innovative, customer-centric solutions.
9. Mindset: Someone who can bring on new logos and then manage them.
