H2SITE develops, designs, and manufactures integrated membrane reactor units to produce fuel cell purity hydrogen by separation/purification of gas mixtures or through the transformation of hydrogen carriers with well-established supply chains.
The Engineer CFD will be responsible for development and analysis of: design and simulation of reactors, burners, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.
FUNCTIONS:
* Must be able to use CFD-ANSYS tools.
* Experience in CFX modelling, Fluent:
Chemical reactions,
Multiphase,
Turbulence,
Radiation,
Energy,
Porous media.
* Geometry and meshing experience: DM, ICEM.
Geometry: identify and modify geometry needed for simulation.
Meshing: tetrahedral, hexahedral and blocks.
* Experience in post-processing of results.
* Experience in model validation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
* Industrial / chemical Engineer.
* A technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or a related field.
* Proficiency in English.
* Spanish or another European language is a plus
* ANSYS Mechanical: FEA, vibrations
