We are searching for a seasoned, strategic, and highly motivated Senior Brand Manager to take our brand to new heights. As a Senior Brand Manager, your leadership and vision will play an integral part in driving our success in the apparel industry. This role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who can oversee and streamline complex processes, develop and maintain high-level strategic client relationships, and guide the brand management team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance and support to the brand management team in understanding and influencing the clients' business model and objectives.
* Direct the end-to-end product development and sales process, from client briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance.
* Lead the management of inventory reports, client sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (Oracle SalesCloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling).
* Design, present, and approve global price proposals in competitive bidding processes.
* Oversee and resolve complex order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
* Develop and nurture key client relationships by providing expert guidance and detailed information about our services.
* Utilize social selling techniques to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads.
* Drive store audits, lead critical client meetings, and maintain account planners.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations and incorporate them into our strategy.
* Lead cross-functional teams to support sales growth and product development initiatives.
* Manage and coach the Brand Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, or a related field. MBA or a related Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the apparel industry, product management, or related roles, with a strong track record of leadership.
* Proven excellence in client service, communication, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of Google Suite, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/client databases.
* Advanced data analytics skill set to drive strategic decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and storytelling using data.
* Expertise in building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and partners.
* Flexible and proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning, growth, and taking on leadership responsibilities within a global Fortune 500 organization.
