Your mission
Process & Workflow Optimization
* Streamline and refine processes for efficiency, scalability, and local adaptation
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks with Regional Operations Managers
* Standardize and document workflows across the SWE region
* Develop waste management and H&S processes
Data Analysis & Monitoring
* Maintain dashboards to track key KPIs
* Train regional teams in data collection, analysis, and decision-making
* Provide data-driven reports and insights to senior management
Tooling
* Implement and maintain tools to enhance efficiency
* Train teams on optimal tool usage
* Ensure tools meet business needs and stay updated
Service Quality Audits
* Conduct regular audits to uphold company standards
* Develop audit checklists based on ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
* Work with Regional Operations Managers to address gaps and improve quality
Compliance
* Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
* Train regional teams on ISO requirements
* Manage external audits and certifications for the SWE region
Your profile
* Completed degree in engineering, business administration, quality management or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in quality management and corporate ISO certification, incl. usable knowledge of ISO standards (especially ISO 9001)
* Hands-on knowledge and experience with certification processes
* Fluent English (C1) and professional Spanish language level (B2) - Strong plus: Portuguese, Italian
* Analytical, tech-savvy mindset
* Willingness to travel within Southwestern Europe for on-site quality audits
