At Eurofirms Services we are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Support to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices at its offices in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
1. Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff.
2. Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments.
3. Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices.
4. Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies).
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in assistance / administrative / receptionist duties for 2-3 years.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
