Tasks
* Management of collective agreements, scholarships, etc.
* Advice on representation of workers and union issues and intervention in labor negotiations.
* Monitoring of formal obligations to Social Security.
* Preparation of payrolls. Monthly delivery of the payroll list with separation of all labor costs by concepts.
* Communication of the high and low parties in Social Security. Parts of work accident.
* Calculations of liquidations and settlements of its employees, in the event of possible dismissals.
* Supervise the attendance of the staff, vacations, sick leave, payroll, etc.
* Manage the hiring of permanent or temporary staff, according to the needs of the company.
* Establish the training plan and collaborate in the organization of the necessary training activities.
* Grant management for training activities.
* Monitoring and control of the effectiveness of the training actions carried out.
* Preparation and management of rol clarification for each position.
* Advice on the different options for hiring workers. Communication of the expiration of temporary contracts.
