* Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
* Work with internal teams to create project timelines, track milestones, and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Strategic Consultation:
* Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on in-depth knowledge of their industry, market trends, and the latest digital solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with the client’s needs, and work closely with internal teams to implement these opportunities.
* Regularly review account performance and provide insights to help clients optimize their strategies and meet their business objectives.

* Provide regular updates to clients, including monthly/quarterly reports and performance reviews.
* Analyze data and use insights to improve the performance of client campaigns and strategies.
* Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:
* Take ownership of any issues that arise with clients and proactively resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
* Act as a problem solver and find solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
* Language Skills:
* Communicate fluently in German with clients, partners, and internal teams. You will primarily work with German-speaking clients, so proficiency in both written and spoken German is essential.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a client-facing role.
* Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as it is the company’s primary business language.
