We are looking for someone to join the newly established Operations area, which integrates both Programmatic and Social operations.
This position involves leading one of the two operations teams at Publicis Groupe. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in Paid Social activities and team management.
In this role, you will lead both Social and Programmatic teams, so we are looking for someone eager to learn about new channels while bringing strong expertise in Social to contribute to the rest of the team.
Responsabilidades
How youd spend your day:
* Own the day to day processes and deliverables for the Operations Team.
* Work with the Biddable Operations Senior Manager and department Director to identify and deliver integrated vision across social and programmatic channels.
* Manage a team of Senior Programmatic traders and Senior Social Specialists on the delivery of daily tasks, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Develop close relationships with all key partners to ensure successful caign delivery.
* Work with internal stakeholders to identify and put into practice efficiencies in the working process.
* Mentor the Senior team across all levels.
* Understand the brand requirements and priorities to identify opportunities with media partners to drive innovation within social and programmatic.
Cualificaciones
What were looking for:
* Bachelors Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar; or more than 4 years of experience in a similar position.
* Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
* Professional experience within the marketing industry and a media agency environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context, all social media channels, functions, and associated communication features and possibilities.
* A high degree of specialization in social media networks.
* Previous team management experience is essential.
