This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist with European languages for a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining phone etiquette.
* Enhancing customer service.
* Optimizing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service or support is desirable.
* Telephone excellence and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and learning skills.
1. Languages: English C1 + Portuguese / German / Polish / Slovak / Italian / French / Czech / Swedish / Finish / / Dutch
Location: Hybrid working model in Barcelona (Nou Barris).
Schedule: 39 hours/week on various shifts.
Temporary employment contract 6 months + indefinite term contract by company.
