We are looking for a new team member to join as a Maintenance Engineer at Tetra Pak Iberia.
In this position, you will mainly work in the following areas: Cataluña, Aragón, and Baleares islands, as well as the rest of Spain, Portugal, and Azores islands.
Occasionally, travel to Angola and Cape Verde may be required.
Our new colleague will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and providing support to our customers, ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way.

In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to visit and get to know all the major customers of Tetra Pak Iberia. The position requires extensive traveling, more than 90% of the time. This is a permanent position, and there is one vacancy available.
What you will do
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
1. Install & commission Processing Equipment at our customers' sites.
2. Perform PLC and HMI programming.
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
4. Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and by phone.
5. Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer sites.
6. Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers, including support and follow-up on customers' concerns and problems.
We believe you have
• Bachelor's degree or above in electronic or electro-mechanical engineering.
• 1-2 years' work experience in electro-mechanical & pneumatic industrial maintenance.
• 1-2 years' experience in PLC, electrical, and electronic systems in general.
• Programming skills on Siemens S7-300 / TIA portal are required.
• Automation knowledge in Rockwell and/or Beckhoff software is an advantage.
• Ability to repair machines onsite.
• Willingness to travel extensively (more than 90% of the time).
• Fluent Spanish and a good command of English (writing/reporting skills are essential). Portuguese is an advantage.
• Driving license.
• Good computer skills, strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision.
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
• Customer-oriented and result-driven attitude.
