The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media, designing and executing marketing campaigns. You will help small to medium businesses to grow by adjusting marketing and sales strategies in the digital sphere.

Responsibilities
* Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
* Conduct lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities.
* Establish a trust relationship with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy.
* Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions.
* Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients.
* Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients.
* Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Minimum Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications can be a plus).
* Native level of German (first language).
* High Level of English.
* 1-2 years minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
* A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
* Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals.
* Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day.
* European passport or Spanish residence card.
