Our brand has been featured in such leading media as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Allure, and many others.With a head office located in Barcelona, our team operates across Europe, the US, and China.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service who will embody the brand values and brand voice, engage with our community of new and existing customers, and consistently provide an excellent customer experience. You will be on the front lines of answering all inbound email inquiries and working closely with our social media team to help with the community management when need it. We are looking for someone with a sense of responsibility to assist customers…. all the way until the problem is solved. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media channels. An understanding of beauty consumers is helpful. We will provide all the training to understand our brand, company and products. Work closely with our warehouses/logistics in the US and Spain in order to follow up on status of website orders, as well as our social media and the e-commerce department to share information.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and ensuring resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller or contact.Participate in joint training sessions and alignment meetings to maintain consistent service standards.Track and follow-up on pending customer queries with both internal teams and the third-party provider.Stay up-to-date on product features and updates.Engage in two-way conversations with our consumers in a way that develops and champions community! Respond to all comments on Influencer posts. Work closely with our Influencer & Brand Partnership manager to monitor upcoming launches/campaigns with our influencer community to anticipate and manage new consumer comments/DM’s.Respond to all comments on paid ad posts.Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of our products and services.Collect feedback from customers about their experience.Recommend potential product or service improvements to management team based on customer feedback.
