We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the logistics pharmaceutical industry. This role is key in ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of pharmaceutical products, adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring logistics operations while maintaining accuracy and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Shipment monitoring Assist in organizing and tracking international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of pharmaceutical products. Analyze trends and routes Monitor shipments to anticipate and resolve delays or issues. Compliance and Documentation Ensure that all shipments comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory requirements. Review and prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis (CoA), and customs declarations. Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments. Stakeholder Communication Be able to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers. Provide regular updates on shipment status and address queries promptly. Continuous Improvement Support the implementation of cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives. Competencies/Career level: Languages: English and Spanish is a must Education: Bachelor’s degree is required Experience: 6m – 2 years of experience. Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with logistics management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4) is an advantage. Familiarity with supply chain operations (e.g. Inventory, purchasing, finance, and ect.) is required. Knowledge: Basic understanding of GDP, import/export regulations, and temperature-controlled logistics, Incoterms and customs procedures is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
