MISSION OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Development Executive reporting to the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development officer. This individual will be instrumental in driving strategic growth opportunities and shaping the future direction of the business through M&A, partnerships, and other corporate development initiatives. The role requires a combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to work effectively with the C-Level of the organization, all the operating business across the geographies, external partners, and global stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Target Identification & Engagement: Screen, assess, and engage with potential strategic targets, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
2. Investment Process Management & Execution: Lead the full investment process, from identifying opportunities to executing deals. This includes conducting due diligence, assessing legal structures, negotiating terms, and making recommendations for business cases.
3. Industry and Competitor Analysis: Evaluate industry trends, competitors' strategies, and market results to provide insights and actionable recommendations for strategic growth.
4. Business Model Evaluation: Analyze new business models, including revenue and commercial models, cost structures, investment needs, and return on investments (ROI) to ensure sustainability and profitability.
5. Equity Story & Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the company’s equity story and provide strategic input to the overall corporate strategy.
6. Reporting & Presentations: Present findings, analysis, and investment recommendations to the CEO, Executive Committee (ExCom), and Board of Directors (BoD).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, or financial professional services (Big 4 or equivalent), with a strong understanding of M&A, partnerships, and investment strategies.
2. Independence & Leadership: Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end deal execution while also collaborating with senior leadership.
3. Financial & Strategic Acumen: Strong financial modeling skills, understanding of legal constructs, due diligence processes, and business case evaluation.
4. Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex investment cases and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to senior executives and external stakeholders.
5. Adaptability & Multicultural Experience: Ability to navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt to fast-paced, ever-evolving global business settings.
