This position is remote from Santiago de Compostela until the establishment opens, after which the role will transition to an onsite position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and strengthening brand presence across digital platforms. Your role will include:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the student housing sector .
* Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals that align with the company’s objectives.
Market & Industry Engagement:
* Attending industry events, trade fairs, and networking meetings to promote the company’s offerings.
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
* Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and brand positioning.
Digital Content & Brand Representation:
* Supporting the organization and participation in content creation initiatives, including photo and video shoots.
* Assisting the Marketing HQ team in developing engaging social media content.
* Attending events to generate digital content and strengthen brand presence on various platforms.
ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?
We are looking for a dynamic professional who enjoys both sales and creative engagement. To excel in this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience in sales within the tourism, hospitality, or student housing sectors.
* Knowledge of the student housing market and long-term accommodation industry.
* A strong interest in content creation, social media, and brand engagement .
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build solid client relationships.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of results orientation.
* Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems.
* Fluent English (spoken and written);
additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required.
