Our solutions and markets are growing, so we are looking to increase our communication strength and impact as a company to work for by adding a person to the Communication & Branding team.
Task
Always keeping in mind a working context within the Employer Branding and positioning of the EDICOM brand, you will be responsible for:
* Managing social media for the EDICOM HR brand, carrying out the following main functions:
o You will manage the corporate social networks, reviewing the strategy aligned with the positioning and employer branding objectives, as well as proposing calendar planning, copies and general management of publications.
o You will prepare the necessary graphic resources from templates or carry out basic photo retouching. You will also produce video assets for publications, so you will need some video recording and editing skills when required for content.
o You will monitor the published content plan, draw up your social analytics reports and model strategies or scheduling based on the results. You will have a data-driven mindset. Your analytical skills and knowledge will help you weigh up outcomes and make decisions.
o Your innovative and proactive attitude will mean you keep up to date by researching content trends, competition, news and updates on different social media platforms.
o You will dynamize the social networks and attend to the community: controlling followers, taking actions to increase followers and maintaining relationships with other companies/universities via social networks.
* Management of corporate communication, carrying out the following tasks:
o Liaising with external organizations or collaborators (universities, business schools, media, etc.) to arrange collaborations in events, sponsorships or any EDICOM brand activity.
o You will contact other EDICOM branches, departments and areas to keep up to date with events, technological innovations, our business expansion, events, etc.
o Drafting necessary documents or reports related to CSR award nominations, rankings, sponsorships and STEAM collaborations, etc.
o Reviewing or developing corporate presentations for colleagues, managers or executives.
o Setting out from the guidelines in our Brand book, you will ensure the proper treatment of the EDICOM brand in your communications, correctly applying the identity defined in the Brand Guidelines (tone of voice, brand identity, etc.).
o You will manage the issuing of internal communiqués necessary to give voice to corporate actions and events, or distribute any company information, as well as to communicate specific instructions from management.
o Researching and benchmarking on what and how technology leaders are doing in the field of employer branding and communication.
o Content management. You will be responsible for content management on the job website, reviewing copy and planning and drafting articles with a view to inducing good SEO positioning.
* Brand positioning, taking charge of:
o Reputation analysis as an employer brand, monitoring and developing strategies to improve our score as an employer brand in the different external platforms.
o You will be researching possible certifications, sponsorships or collaborations with entities that position us as an employer brand and are profitable in terms of our objectives.
o You will draw up brand impact reports for management, supported by data to argue the impact of any activity and past collaboration, as well as possible new activity proposals.
* Events management and coordination, carrying out tasks such as:
o Attending in person the different events in relation to employer branding or brand positioning, assisting and accompanying colleagues or managers to give support as needed, as well as documenting the course of the event.
o You will be closely involved in the course of the events planned by the company, as well as possible actions of interest in line with the objectives of positioning as an employer brand.
o You will be responsible for the management of internal corporate events held by EDICOM, coordinating and attending to all parties involved (employees, collaborators, suppliers) in order to meet the necessary deadlines and ensure proper coordination.
* Other duties:
o Merchandising stock control, product selection in coordination with Design, and order management with suppliers.
o Preparation of specific merchandising material according to the needs of each event for which it is planned.
Requirements
* Degree in Journalism, Marketing or Business Administration.
* Proactive, hard-working and disciplined person.
* High orientation towards research, new technologies, content creation and innovation.
* Good communication skills, good working capacity, creative, resolute and pleasant manner.
* Good level of English (C1 minimum).
* Knowledge of Branding.
* Basic knowledge on the creation of graphic resources: use of tools such as Photoshop/Canva, Premiere Rush or other tools for video editing.
* Academic records and some professional experience would be an asset.
