Tasks
Perform payroll, attendance, absenteeism, vacations and overtime control
HR administration management and control HR documentation
To design the training plan, from the analysis of needs of the departments to its deployment
Monthly HR reporting to corporate and Business Indicatorsmanagement
Support the personnel selection processes, internally or in cooperation with external consulting companies
To support by the coordination of the safety and health issues in the plant
Provide an HR consultative service to Line Management
Profile
Education in Human ressources
Min. 3 years' experience in HR payroll, administration (industrial sector would be a plus)
Good knowledge of English, Spanish
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
