We’re seeking an Account Executive experienced with AWS Migration to drive Automat-it business growth in the Spanish territory of Migration accounts while assuring a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the sales process, from prospecting to closing a deal.
Work location - hybrid from Madrid
Responsibilities
1. Prospect on whitespace accounts
2. Develop and execute successful targeted territory development plans to help achieve or exceed growth, revenue, and margin targets
3. Develop and manage all phases of the territory’s business development cycle, including managing proposal negotiations, the statement-of-work, and completion of all contract details
4. Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Automat-it capabilities to client business and positioning relative to competitors
5. Prospect new customers and communicate with the AWS reps regularly
6. Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS
7. Regularly attend business events to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-it
8. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Delivery, and Solutions Architects
Requirements
1. 4+ years of experience in direct IT sales and business development from a complex cloud or software solutions
2. Experience in leading and closing AWS MAP deals
3. Proven successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
4. In-depth experience with selling AWS services
5. Network and relationships with Spanish-based digital native / ISV / startup companies
6. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
8. AWS cloud certificated
9. Excellent presentation and organizational skills
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Commitment to regular business travel
12. Working experience with Salesforce or Hubspot - advantage
