Job Responsibilities:
* To develop and execute the trade marketing plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives in offline channels through the implementation of appropriate product mix, in-store presence, activations and promotions
* Looking after all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar)
* Weekly market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS (point of sale)
* Monitoring stock movement to store, suggesting promotions or trade deals on slow-moving or near expiry products or promotions
* Executing BTL activities (new product launch and listing, sampling, consumer promotions)
* Actively taking part in product launch (giving presentation to sales team on new SKU)
* Follow up with sales/product manager in order to achieve estimated sales on trade deals
* Tracking down the sell-out data by SKU and analyzing each product on weekly basis for each POS/ store. Preparing sales tracker for the same
* Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
* Monitoring competitor activity, Evaluating visibility & market coverage of our products through weekly market visits
* Contributing & executing marketing plans & projects
* Collect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable trade marketing activities
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or in Marketing, or any related field;
* 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, and background in tobacco/Vape/FMCG industry is preferred;
* Great communication skills. Able to build trusted relations both internally and externally;
* Able to work under pressure in a startup company
