Administrative and Accounting Specialist
100% remote | Freelance Contractor
Responsibilities
* Coordinating administrative tasks and assistance with documents managed in the office and point of contact with external providers.
* PO processing, budget tracking, invoicing and assisting in collection.
* Maintain and update accounting records and files.
* Analyze and create expense reports.
* Categorize records in the general ledger.
* Assist with budget preparation.
* Help to perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Minimum Requirements
* A deep understanding of administrative and office tasks.
* 5 years of administrative and accountancy experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and oriented to get things done.
