The role:
Are you passionate about service delivery from concept to final execution and looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic team? This is your chance! 💡 We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Trainee to join our team and support key Supply Chain projects.
This position offers a great opportunity to develop analytical and strategic skills in demand and supply management within a dynamic and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the collection and analysis of supply and demand data.
* Collaborate on the review and improvement of demand and supply planning processes.
* Support coordination between different departments (sales, production, finance) to ensure planning alignment.
* Participate in regular demand planning meetings, providing up-to-date information on accuracy and forecast and product availability.
* Prepare reports and dashboards with key indicators (KPIs) for decision making.
* Contribute to process automation and supply chain efficiency analysis.
Requirements:
* Final year undergraduate student or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or related areas.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with volumes of data.
* Advanced Excel and knowledge of data analysis tools.
* Ability to sign a university internship agreement for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 12 months.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
* Full-time availability.
