We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales organisation in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance and management of our sales for both Sweden and Norway. The team consists of 6-8 dedicated sales agents that you will support, lead, and motivate to do their best.

Your responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a Swedish/Norwegian sales team of 6-8 people.
* Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to ensure success.
* Create a positive team culture with clear goals and a shared vision.
* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and coach new employees.
* Work strategically to build and improve our Account Management process.
* Facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
* Collaborate with our different key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Fluent in the English language.
* At least two years of experience in telesales management for B2C sales.
* Good knowledge in analyzing data and key performance indicators to drive results.
* Ability to motivate and develop others.
* Ability to facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
* Experience of sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
* Experience in building processes for Account Management.
Meritorious but not required:
* Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
* Experience in fast-growing companies.
* Good technical understanding and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Understanding of business culture & values.
