What you will do with us
As a Senior Hybrid IT Presales Manager for Cloud IT Infrastructure and Datacenter Services, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our ITO services and IT Transformations projects by collaborating closely with our Key Account Managers, with a major focus on Cloud. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within existing and potential key accounts, maximising the company benefits and improving the awareness in the market with Marketing and Communications actions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaboration with Key Account Managers: Work closely with Key Account Managers to understand customer needs and objectives, ensuring the inclusion of our ITO portfolio in their presentations and proposals.
· Strategic Account Development: Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key accounts to grow business opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and tailor ITO solutions accordingly.
· ITO Portfolio Promotion: Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote our ITO services and projects. Showcase our capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages on both services and projects related to IT Operations and Cloud and onpremises infrastructure
· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Cloud ITO services and IT infrastructure implementation project space. Collaborate with KAMs on market intelligence to refine our offerings and sales strategies.
· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Monitor progress, analyze sales data, and adapt strategies as needed.
· Marketing and Communications Activities: Develop internal and external communications and marketing actions that maximize that help incorporate new opportunities into our pipeline
· KAM Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Key Account Managers and customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our technical teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Lever feedback from Proposal and Contract Negotiation: in order to make offering and proposals align with customer expectations and our company's profitability goals.
· Sales Reporting: Provide regular IT Operations services and infrastructure projects sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and results.
What we look for in you to be part of this transformation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven track record of at least 10 years in IT Outsourcing services and projects sales, with a focus on enterprise-level clients and Cloud environment.
· Strong understanding of Cloud benefits, ITO services, and IT solutions.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Solid skills creating presentations in English for customers
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
