Your profile
* Develop and implement operational quality control measures.
* Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
* Manage inventory and order supplies.
* Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
* Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning.
* supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
* ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
* overseeing building projects and renovations.
* Assisting with business relocations.
Position requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
* Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role
* Previous project management experience and proven organizational and time management abilities
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Strong creative and analytical thinking
* Strong time-management and people skills
* Experience with budgeting.
