About the gig
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Organic Lead to drive our lead generation and conversion efforts through content, events, and GTM strategies. If you thrive at the intersection of content marketing, event strategy, building a strong brand and organic growth, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion Strategies:
* Develop and execute innovative lead-generation campaigns that turn organic traffic into high-intent leads.
* Create and distribute high-impact content (videos, blogs, whitepapers, reports, etc.) that educates and converts potential customers
* Leverage a content wheel approach — repurpose and optimize content across multiple channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates (CvR).
* Identify and implement strategies to nurture leads through the funnel using compelling content.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and local teams to develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies that enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve search rankings.
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
* Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all organic marketing efforts.
Events: Hosting, Management & Growth
* Own the strategy, execution, and growth of webinars, and workshops that drive leads and brand engagement.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create high-value event content that fuels our demand generation efforts.
* Measure and analyze event performance to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
* 5+ years of organic marketing experience in traditional Education, Edtech or direct consumer business.
* Proven experience in lead generation & conversion marketing with a strong content marketing foundation.
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
* Proven experience spotting content and social media trends early, using that insight to create fresh, engaging ideas that connect with the audience.
* Capable of working cross-functionally across teams.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, content initiatives, and events simultaneously.
* Ability to repurpose content effectively across different channels (content wheel strategy).
* A data-driven mindset—you analyze performance and optimize strategies based on metrics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English/Spanish, any other European language is considered a plus
* High degree of ownership and accountability.
* Experience using a multi-lingual web content management system
Nice to Have
* Experience in social media management for organic growth.
* Understanding of product marketing
* Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance content reach and lead generation.
