We are currently partnered with a Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier that is looking to add a Head of Sales (Retail), managing a team of high performing Sales representatives across the East Region of Spain.
Head of Sales – Retail
Remote Role - Covering East Spain Region

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy on the Retail / Aftermarket Channel in the East of Spain region, aligned with company objectives
2. Ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting
3. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation
4. Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
6. Drive negotiations and finalize high-value sales agreements
7. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, especially profitability
8. Manage pricing in alignment with company policy and Revenue Management function
9. Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and sales enablement teams to optimize sales processes
10. Oversee CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and pipeline management
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as Sales Manager
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting
5. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
6. Experience in tire industry / similar industries is preferred
7. Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
