1. Consolidate and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for site activities.
2. Contribute expertise to various projects and identify key personnel to involve.
3. Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs.
4. Team Management:
5. Develop team leaders and employees.
6. Assess and approve recruitment needs within your scope, aligning with the company's "caring" values.
7. Define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives for the team.
8. Serve as the liaison to the Regional Manager, providing visibility into team activities.
Requirements:
Successful experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and coordination skills.
Quality: Interpersonal skills / Stress management: knowing how to manage complex or conflictual situations.
Organization and planning: Good management and distribution of tasks.
Data analysis: Ability to monitor KPIs and interpret performance indicators. Languages: good command of English and Spanish; mastery of other foreign languages is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
Meal allowance: 9 EUR / day worked.
Transport allowance: 50 EUR / month (Gross amount).
Annual performance bonus: (paid in April each year) up to 170 EUR gross (variable amount).
Quarterly bonus: up to 200 EUR gross per quarter (variable amount).
Annual bonus: (paid in December of each year), the rate is 5,000 EUR of the annual base salary (variable amount depending on the achievement of objectives).
Insurance: Insurance membership from the 1st day of integration (payable by the employer).
