We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join in one of our clients specialized in home appliance manufacturers located in Paterna, Valencia.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, his/her main responsability will be giving support to Operation director in the following topics:
* Coordinate & manage Logistics partners: legal agreements, evaluation performance, benchmarking, including mid-term strategic plan for a healthy growth.
* Fulfillment and E2E management: Meet customers’ orders on time and high standards on quality. Develop strategies to increase volumes by customer. Co-work closely with Sales teams to meet needs and develop strategies to increase volumes by customer.
* Contact with Head Quarter dept. to review main KPIs performance and develop action plan.
* Logistics cost: develop new strategies, actions to improve & keep improving logistics costs achieving annual budget.
* Team management: Develop high performance teams taking care of staff needs and professional career development.
* Reporting: Working with Sales / CEOs develop and implement reporting for business management and trend.
* Innovation: Continuous update with new Logistics standards & process to get advantage .
* Regulations: Control which warranty that Company and partners meet Regulations both local and CE.
* Daily business operation: Keep under control daily business operation done by teams and partners.
Requirements:
* Higher education, engineering or related fields
* Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain department, as a manager, and preferable in the same sector.
* Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
* Advanced level of Excel.
* Preferable with the knowledge of consumer electronics.
