About the Role
We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, curious, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be the heartbeat of our customer service, putting the customer at the centre-stage and striving for retention and recommendation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for all students and guests.
* Build strong relationships with residents, resolving complaints and issues promptly.
* Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, including verification of documents and payments.
* Effectively communicate with maintenance and housekeeping departments, prioritizing tasks as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the Residence Manager, including correspondence, filing, and answering phones.
* Maintain knowledge of company products and services, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
* Monitor building security, reporting any incidents or suspicious activity to the Assistant Manager or Residence Manager.
* Process requests, manage mail and parcels, and maintain accurate records using our in-house system.
