You will support the candidates identification, project evaluation through cross functional teams and proposing the selected candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and other external departments.Specific ResponsibilitiesProspect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities worldwideConduct in-depth market research, therapeutic area analysisIdentify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions or business models in a timely manner.Coordinate transversal teams and solve problems and doubts during the project evaluation.Provide regular reports on progress and opportunitiesSupport in any other activities required in the Business Development Department.Requirements and personal skills:Education: Pharmacy degree or life sciences degreeLanguages: Spanish and English (advanced level)Experience (years/area): 1-2 years in Pharma industry, preferred in business development (generic business)Specific Knowledge: Excel skills, data analysisTravels: No (occasional to 1-2 conferences/year)Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation, driven approach towards decision making, ability to work independently and within a team is a must. Good organizational skills and problem solving.
