Mechanical Maintenance Manager - Valladolid
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE
We are recruiting a Responsible of Maintenance and Equipment Management tasked with planning, executing, controlling, and supervising the Valladolid Factory Industrial Maintenance Plan. Responsibilities include:
* Mechanical, electric, and electronic maintenance tasks (predictive, preventive, and corrective).
* Planning and control of stop schedules and new projects.
* Follow-up on KPI's maintenance goals.
* Implementation of corrective actions.
* Support the team in achieving its objectives, standardizing maintenance work, and developing a culture of continuous improvement.
* Economic management of the department.
All of this guarantees compliance with the rules and policies of Prevention of Occupational Risks, ensuring a safe work environment for both personnel and equipment.
Education/Training
Formal training (University degree) in engineering (mechanical, electric, electronic, industrial management) or comparable education. An MBA in Business Administration is valued.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Industrial Maintenance and practice in maintenance methodologies in industrial companies. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, such as Head of Maintenance and Equipment Management or Mechanical Maintenance Manager, is required.
Knowledge:
* Good knowledge of maintenance methodologies.
* Extensive mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
* Experience with Siemens Sinamics Frequency Drives and Simatic S7.
* Familiarity with SAP PM and Maximo.
* Planning and control of programming stops and new projects.
* Continuous improvement tools (8D, 5W2H, RCA, A3, PDCA cycle...).
* English language skills (oral and written) are essential.
