The SEO Project Manager would be integrated into a project specialized in informing citizens about their social benefits and helping them to access them. You will join a team of 4 persons under the direct supervision of the International Project Manager.
Your main mission will be to grow the common business of partnerships and Selectra in the BEFR market. You will own each step of the conversion funnel and be responsible for its growth:
1. Development of the website (writing new content, optimizing existing content, and detecting new opportunities) to generate qualified traffic.
2. Continuous improvement of the monetization of the website.
Outcomes to be accomplished:
1. Project management and administration.
2. Local market research and compilation of public data to develop an understanding of the market.
3. Writing, updating, and integration of articles into the sitemap.
4. SEO optimization and monetization of existing web content to enhance usability and improve referencing.
5. Following and analyzing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console regularly.
6. Definition and monitoring of lead handling processes, with continuous improvement.
7. Optimization of existing content using various SEO tools.
8. Keep developing your simulator, which is the core of our business.
9. Performance monitoring and reporting, with continuous improvement.

Preferred experience:
You graduated from one of the best business schools or universities, or a school of journalism equivalent and recognize yourself in the following: You're bilingual in French, either native or a resident in a French-speaking country for many years. You are also fluent in English; Spanish is a small plus. You have an interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA). Ideally, you have previous experience in content management and/or web marketing.
