The Opportunity
We are hiring a Sales Manager for a leading plastics distributor expanding its presence in North Africa. This role is based in Barcelona and requires frequent travel to North African markets to manage and develop key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales in North Africa, developing strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the region.
• Provide technical and commercial support for plastic raw materials used in injection molding, extrusion, and other applications.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
• Sales experience in plastics, polymers, or related materials.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, French & Spanish (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to travel frequently to North Africa.
• Experience working with industrial sectors such as automotive, packaging, or E&E.
