Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough legal research on various topics relevant to our operations, analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to provide accurate guidance.
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
* Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting our organization, developing and maintaining compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
* Assist in managing litigation matters, including gathering relevant documents and information, coordinating with external counsel and internal teams.
* Develop and review organizational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
