What You’ll Be Doing
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services with Python (bonus points for Django experience).
Microservices Architecture: Create scalable and modular systems using a microservices approach to meet dynamic business needs.
️ Cloud Engineering: Use AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS) to build and deploy robust, cloud-native solutions.
Kubernetes Operations: Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s).
️ Performance & Reliability: Ensure your code runs efficiently, securely, and reliably in production environments.
Technical Strategy: Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to shape backend architecture and drive technical excellence.
Debugging & Optimization: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues while optimizing system performance.
You have:
* 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
* Advanced Python programming skills (Django a plus).
* Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.
* Deep familiarity with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS.
* Expertise in microservices architecture and building distributed systems.
* Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
* Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
* A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
* Proficiency with Docker and containerization best practices.
* Understanding of DevOps principles and operational excellence.
